Zooper fun day!!

L and I had a great day together at the zoo on Friday!

1. NO HEAT!

2. NO FIELD TRIPS...NOT ONE!!!

3. NO WORRIES!

We got there right at 1:00 and didn't leave until 6:40!!! We've never stayed at the zoo that long.....we saw EVERYTHING..and some things twice..but we had a ball!!! PRICELESS!!..and had dinner with M afterwards! LONG but fun day!

Carousel...that we rode twice.....another big deal.....L has never wanted to ride it on our other zoo trips...I guess DisneyWorld broke her in!

It looks like L has finally overcome her fear of bouncer/moonwalk inflatables.........FINALLY....How cute is she jumping around in her tutu!....red cheeks and all on the hayride to prove jumping was fun! If you ever need a tutu, http://www.perfectdaybouquets.com , and yes, they are tutu cute!!!!

OK..in response to my faithful blog followers.......PICTURES....mind you, there are over 1000+ on my camera alone.....not to mention the pictures my mom took...or the 200+ we have that Disney took....eeekkksss......here are just a few.....just a little samplin'...one day, when L is probably 47...I will have the Disney Scrapbook complete...and you are all welcome to see it as well.:) 47 I figure is a good goal...since she is 3 1/2, but I"m still on the C-section pages of her first album.....you've got to start somewhere...right?!..Enjoy..we had a blast!!...here are a few...I will add more tomorrow...can't chase away my stalkers with too many pictures to look through.:)

We survived Ike...and DisneyWorld...now...to sort through the 1000+ pictures .:)

Ike left us treeless, fenceless and powerless.........but NOT Mickeyless........After the wrath of Ike, we headed to Luling until Tuesday.........I was on the phone non- stop checking our flight status...since the airport was closed!! We came home to the chaos, but packed and figured everything would be here for us to deal with when we returned.....our power came back on late Tues. evening...yippee....we woke up at 4:30 a.m. yikes to get ready and head to the airport......L was still clueless as to where we were going.........she was just excited to be going on a-cation....and even more excited to be pulling her princess "kit"(suitcase) through the airport.....:) We arrived.....rode the bus to the hotel.........and right when they started the Disney video......she fell asleep!!! Once we checked in and listened to the way too chipper concierge.....she woke up..and we told her where we were.......instant baby crack!! Ok...that's enough for now...have to keep you waiting for more...and for pics...M and L are actually downstairs starting to clean up...WHAT!!!??? better join the fun while I have helpers.:)
